Unless you're sending us a message via the connect form, or purchasing something from the shop, we have no need to know who you are.

When you purchase from the shop, we do not permanently save your information. You can choose do save you billing information with our payment processing provider; it is kept securely in their servers. Shipping information is processed by our manufacturing and fulfillment provider on their servers as well.

So your privacy is no concern at all.

return and refund policy

Thanks for purchasing our products.

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. You may not be eligible for a refund if the product is damaged.

First, contact us with a brief description of the problem with your purchase. We will direct you as to how to ship it back to us. After we receive your item in the mail, we will process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used.

Please be aware that credit cards may take 5 to 10 business days for a refund to show on your account.
